Well the further we get away from the Tuesday election the angrier I get. The reports coming in about impeachment talk and LibDem action plans sets the stage for the next two years. I’m angry because of why this happened to our country. While it is true that 6th year of Presidential terms trend to the opposition party, this should not have happened at this point of world history.
I’m angry that LibDems came out to the tune of 6 million more than Republicans. That means we had millions of sit on their hands, linguini-spined registered republicans who did not vote. I stood in line for an HOUR, some people for longer to vote (of course We did want to do my part to get rid of the current LFUCG control group). We did not even have a Republican option for Congress because the Republican Party in Kentucky is too afraid of Benny Chandler to put up a candidate. Consider the 16,000+ votes the Libertarian candidate for Congress received, I know I voted for him because I realized the insanity of a LibDem controlled Congress.
I’m angry that there are so many elected officials that promise Conservatism and deliver Liberalism. Republicans betrayed their electorate and looked more like the nutcases that are in control now than true banner carriers of Americanism. The only thing they stayed strong on was the War on Terrorism. Unfortunately, their Libaction in other matters caused an electorate, beat down by the “win at the cost of defeat” LibDem/Drive-Bys, did not take our safety and victory into account. The electorate stayed home and now America is in danger.
I’m angry that the electorate and the politicians did not rise to the challenges of our time. Those of us who understand what is going on in this world have been left powerless. We have been put in the penalty box, left hoping that the other team (aka the terrorists) do not score any goals during our absence.
I call on the Conservative leaders I hold dear to pick up the banner and lead. I call on the House Republicans to be loud and oppositional. Put up a fight for our values and block LibDem attempts to weaken our country. I call on potential Presidential Candidates to start the campaign NOW. Be loud in your criticism of the weak-kneed LibDems. There is a large group of conservative Americans looking for a leader. We can’t count on the President to lead anymore, despite how much we admire him. He will be tied up with investigations and lameduckness. We need strong leadership. Whoever steps up and is courageous by loudly sticking to conservative values can be the next President… Now who will it be?

Election day, as I walked into the polls, a woman was telling a group of “older” people, be prepared to wait an hour.
To my surprise they started to leave. I calmly said for all to hear, I believe that if my son can lay in the sand of the desert for six months, I can stand to vote for at least an hour.
They all followed me in. I do not know who they voted for, but they did vote.
I can not beleive how many people think that it is okay not to vote, it is what stands beween Us and bondage.
