I Have Had It!!!!

I have had it! It’s bad when even the Punditry on the Right does not meet the stupid blathering of the Left with the facts of the Battle of Iraq. It has become commonplace for the LibDems to spew the “there were no WMD’s”, Bush lied about why we went to war, blah, blah, blah… Let me, a lowly American citizen who pays attention, refresh everyone’s memory! We are in a Global War on Terrorism. We actively joined this war post-9/11. The terrorists declared war on us at least ten years ago (first World Trade Center bombing, U.S.S Cole, Embassy bombings, etc.) Thankfully we had a President who was alert enough to recognize the situation we were in! He declared our joining in the war and set out to destroy the whacked out terrorists.

We attacked Afghanistan, home of the Taliban and hiding place of Al Qaeda. Today, Afghanistan is a budding democracy and the Al Qaeda hiding places are all but gone.

The President announced that there is an Axis of Evil that must be dealt with in the next phases of the Global War. Due to (perhaps) faulty intelligence, Iraq became the first of this axis to draw our attention. It appeared Saddam had WMD’s. This violated the terms of the end of the first Gulf War that had been determined by the U.N. It was a proven fact that Saddam had WMD’s as late as 1998. The U.N. passed two new resolutions that demanded Saddam divulge the whereabouts of these weapons. All Saddam had to do was show the world proof of the destruction of the WMD’s (or even their sell or trade!) and he would have satisfied the spirit of the resolutions. Instead, he denied, denied, denied, and when the U.N. determined deadline passed, the U.S. and our allies launched the attack on Iraq.

The Battle of Iraq is complete, as denoted by the “Mission Accomplished” banner on the ship the President spoke on when welcoming back a large number of our troops. The reconstruction phase in Iraq is underway. It is a long, difficult process. Many lives have been lost and will continue to be lost in this process. Those extremists that still hold out for their power over the people and will do anything to stop the establishment of a Democratic Iraq.

Iraq is a sovereign country. When the LibDems say that George Bush has a mess in Iraq they are mistaken. The government of Iraq has a difficult process of Reconstruction ahead of them. We, the force of Liberty and Democracy in the world, have agreed to stay and help, because that is who we are and what we do!

The President has told us time and time again that the Global War on Terrorism will be a long process. There are rumblings that plans are made to deal with Syria and Iran. North Korea, the third member of the Axis of Evil, will be dealt with as well. The President committed to pursuing and stopping the terrorist and making the world a safer place. I thank God that he has a longer-term memory than the media and the LibDems.

To all the celebrities, personalities, LibDems, and ignorant people of this country, WAKE UP! Stop politicizing the war that is being fought to keep freedom-loving people in this world safe! The majority of the people in this country, post-9/11, cheered this war on. It is the same war, have the courage to see it through!!!

Insert Name Here

Insert Name Here. This is the mantra of the Democratic campaign for President. Which Campaign? Well it really doesn’t matter! The LibDems could pick any person in the country, given that they had some memorable characteristic, and run them for President. Here’s the formula:-Tell as many people as possible how bad their lives are and then what you feel would make it better

-Blame the Republican candidate for everything. This extends from Global Warming to Hurricanes to World events

-Tell African Americans, Seniors, and Single Mothers that if elected the Republican candidate will suppress them and not allow them to have food & health care

-Also inform the same group that Republicans will make sure most of their votes won’t count

-Make sure that absentee military votes are not counted

-Hire a Legion of lawyers to set up legal challenges to the election if the people of this country is stupid enough to elect the Republican
-Tell the electorate that they don’t know how to do or understand whatever it is that they happen to be discussing and inform them that they, the Democratic Candidate, will make sure to take care of them.In 2004, John FlipFlop Kerry has been inserted into this formula.

I much prefer the reelection campaign of our President. Republicans do have election formulas as well. Thankfully, they are unneeded this year because our candidate stands for real American values and is honest about his beliefs. He knows that the American people are capable of achieving their dreams. President Bush’s message is one of hope and encouragement. He tells folks what government will do to support the pursuit of their dreams. He does not spout fear and rhetoric. It is a stark contrast to his opponent. A choice in November… Sure, Fear and rhetoric vs. Pursuit of the American Dream.

Bush/Cheney 2004

Just a different Time!

Just a different time, but the players, circumstances, and stakes are relatively the same. I watched the History Channel’s show on the War of 1812. This mostly forgotten war was declared by America on the British Empire in response to threats on American lives and commerce. The Americans were divided on the war. The (James) Madison Republicans, or War Hawks, as they were known, believed war was the only way to protect our nation and its interests. The Federalists, comprised of mostly New England legislators and activists, were opposed. They felt that England could be dealt with diplomatically. Thankfully, the War Hawks won out and a successful three-year war cemented America’s place in the world and secured our National interests. This sounds strikingly similar to the situation American finds itself today. Radical Islamic Terrorists are undermining our interests and stand poised to strike our country (again) if we show weakness and vulnerability. Our president has responded to these threats with a Global War on Terrorism. Much like the situation in 1812, members of the Federalist Party, in the form of our modern day liberal democrats, stand in opposition to the efforts of that war. These ant-war LibDems believe that radical Islamic terrorists can be reasoned and dealt with diplomatically. I pray that our President has the same success that his predecessor, James Madison.

This success will not be cheap or easy. In 1813, British forces torched Washington, D.C., invaded our country and destroyed symbols of America. In 2001, Radical Islamic Terrorists stealthily invaded our country and destroyed symbols of America. In 1813, Americans rose to the cause of defending and avenging attacks on the homeland. In 2001, Americans rose to the cause of defending and avenging attacks on the homeland. In 1814, anti-war Americans went as far as talking succession of Connecticut from the union because of the war. In 2004, anti-war Americans talk of replacing the Commander in Chief with a weak, anti-war, U.N. loving, liberal senator. Again let’s pray that the America of today enjoys the success of our forefathers. Let us pray that the side of America that believes in its sovereignty, defense, unabashed greatness, and rightful place in the world, win out over those who would subjugate our defense to the murderous thugs and dictators that comprise the United Nations.

The Origin of Freedon

The birth of America has at its roots three main themes: Expansion of power, Money, and Religious & Individual freedom. The first two factors are the driving motivation for European powers (at the time), such as England, France, and Spain, to devote resources to developing the new world. The latter is the motivation that drove ordinary individuals to these shores. It was the opportunity to carve out in this new land a place that was owned by the individual. It meant owning the land and dictating your own affairs. Of course the route to Liberty was paved with struggle, revolution, and hardship. In the end, America was born out of these struggles, motivated by the desire to be free and love God in the individual’s own way. Early Americans crafted our nation with the belief that it was ordained by God. They believed that God gave America to world to be a beacon of hope, liberty, and opportunity. Our founding documents spell this out. The writings of our founders bare this fact out. We are a nation conceived and (supposedly) motivated by Liberty and Freedom, but also reverence to Almighty God.

Today, We find an America in which this motivation is a diminishing notion. Liberty and Freedom of God, by God, has been replaced by a twisted sense of “I’ll do whatever I want” attitude. A large portion of our country believes that anything legal, and in some cases things that aren’t legal, are the okay and the individual’s choice. This is true. Any individual can choose any path in their life. I can choose to rape, murder, drink myself into oblivion, or extort the hopes and dreams of those less fortunate. It doesn’t make those things right or okay. There are moral decisions that we face in our lives. We, as Americans, have the freedom to choose either path. The problem lies in the choosing. God gave us this country as a base of Liberty. He meant it as a place where ordinary men and women could pursue their individual (and collective) dreams and a place where they were free to love him.

The America of today is still blessed with Liberty and God-fearing people. It is also plagued with those who choose the other path and blame others for their choices. In some cases, when they feel a choice is limited, they blame God fearing, Americans for they discomfort. Case in point, in the most recent Limbaugh Letter, Rush references a comment by Sharon Stone. Ms. Stone complains that she and Halle Berry were not able to share a lesbian love scene is a recent movie. She explained that in a country where George Bush is President, that kind of thing is not allowed. How she can blame George Bush for decent Americans not wanting to see a Lesbian love scene in a Comic book movie is beyond me! It is people with this mentality that are supporting John Kerry, Again I ask, Is there really a choice in November?

Thank God!

Thank God I’m an American and a Conservative American at that! I beamed with pride during the nomination acceptance speech by our beloved President last night. He laid out a moderately conservative, pro-growth agenda for his next term, once again explained the Global War on Terror and the Battle of Iraq, and displayed the genuine emotion of a compassionate, God fearing man, when talking about American, its defenders, and their families.

What a stark contrast to the rhetoric of the LibDems. I wonder if any cringed during John Flipflopping Kerry’s acceptance speech? How miserable it must be to be on the LibDem side of this country. You believe that the government provides your success, everyone’s life is miserable because of Republicans, America is the most horrible force of evil in the world, and we brought upon ourselves the attacks and threats we face.

In stark, stark contrast, we the true voice and heart of this country, the Conservatives, Republicans, and ConDems, believe that this country is the greatest thing on earth. We believe America is the God given light of freedom to the world. That American super power status preserves freedom, not threatens it. American foreign policy, under President Bush, is designed to snuff out terrorist threats and spread liberty and democracy around the world. That through this foreign policy, the world will be free and democratic, and therefore American will continue to be free and safe. We believe that is the power of the individual that makes this country great. That given the chance to succeed, the American spirit will lead people to greatness. And through this individual greatness, American greatness will grow and grow. Again I ask, Is there really a choice in November?

Man O Man!

Man O Man was that a great night at the RNC convention! The intellectual honest Democratic Senator from Georgia, Zell Miller, gave the keynote speak to the convention last night. He lambasted his party and its nominee for caring more about their own power than national security. Rarely have there been truer words spoken! The LibDems will tear down our President, his policies, and our country to regain control of the government. Senator Miller was very sincere and correct when he stated that this election is about who is best to protect our families. He was 100% correct when he reinforced the truth that George W. Bush is the right man for the job.

The Vice President followed Sen. Miller with a compelling case of why our President must be reelected and why John FlipFlop Kerry must be sent back to the gang of 100. Come on people this is not rocket science! Conservative values and beliefs in the importance of national security is what are best for this country, not “wet finger in the air” position changing and U.N. control of our national interests. I say again, “Is there really a choice on November 2nd”? Not if you’re a thinking, caring, and dedicated American there’s not!!! Bush/Cheney 2004!!!
